Rules to Live By – Use of Golf Course Land Parcels, Beacon Hill HOA Members and Guests

Code 1 Provision:

Pedestrian travel on the cart path and adjacent natural areas located on the Golf Course land parcels, which are now Community Property, is permitted for the use and enjoyment of Beacon Hill residents and guests at your own risk and subject to all relevant provisions of the Beacon Hill Community Association Declaration and this Community Code, and with the following additional restrictions:

i.)            The Community Property consisting of the Golf Course land parcels is open daily from dawn to dusk except during inclement weather conditions (e.g., snow, ice, hail, heavy rain, high winds, lightning.)

ii.)           Use of golf carts is permitted by licensed drivers.  The maximum speed limit is 10 mph.

iii.)          Use of all other motorised vehicles, including ATV’s and motorcycles, is prohibited except for such vehicles or machinery as the Association may require in connection with the maintenance and operation of the Community Property.

iv.)          No swimming, boating, or ice skating is permitted at the ponds. Fishing is permitted only at designated pond locations.

v.)          Hazardous Activities Prohibited.  Hazardous activities of any kind are prohibited.  Hazardous activities are defined as those activities which might constitute or contribute to a hazard to the safety of any person.  Such activities include, but are not limited to, hunting, archery, and use of fireworks or other explosives.
